Are you a sweet tooth? Learn about some popular Brazilian desserts:
✔ Brigadeiro
Is a Brazilian sweet very common at birthday parties. It is prepared by melting and mixing butter, condensed milk and cacao powder. This mixture is rolled into small balls and coated with granulated chocolate.
✔ Beijinho
Also very popular at birthday parties, tables serve brigadeiro and beijinho next to the cake.
This sweet is made with condensed milk, butter and coconut and its name means "little kiss".
✔ Açaí
This is a very refreshing dessert! It has the texture of a sorbet and is purple in color. Açaí can be served with various other foods including fruit, condensed milk, powdered milk and granola.
✔ Romeu e Julieta
It is an infallible pair of white cheese and guava. Just cut two slices of proportional sizes and serve!
✔ Paçoca is a peanut-based sweet that is very popular at São João festivals, which take place in Brazil traditionally in the months of June and July.
