- Lion's Head is a mountain in Cape Town. This name was given because some people identify the shape of a lying lion when they see the mountain from a distance.
-On the 2nd of January there is the Kaapse Klopse festival in Cape Town which celebrates the New Year. People with painted faces march through the streets playing music and wearing colorful clothes.
