Confused Or Confusing Do You Know The Difference
‘Confused’ Or ‘Confusing’? Do You Know The difference?
27 Apr 2021 / Bahasa Inggeris / 1 minit membaca

Do you know when to use the ‘ed’ and ‘ing’ ending?

In today's lesson you will learn when to use ‘confused’ and when to use ‘confusing’:

✅ Adjectives ending in -ING are used to describe characteristics of a person, a thing or a situation. Something that is difficult to understand, is confusing and makes you feel confused.

Ex: The lesson was really confusing for me. I am not very good at math.

✅ Adjectives ending in -ED are used to describe feelings (or how a person feels) or emotions - they are used for temporary states.

Ex: Can you help me please? I felt confused with these questions.

Let’s practice!

Write in the comments section sentences with ‘confusing’ and ‘confused’.
